Do you offer any other payment terms? Can I pay in cash?

Not at this time; the Club is run by volunteers - anything 'non-standard' means a volunteer giving up more of their time to process that request.


I can't login with my email address!

Make sure you are using the email address registered on Spond. See the screenshots below for how to find your email address


My Spond password doesn't work

The app doesn't use your Spond password. Use the reset password link on the login screen if you need to reset your password.


I've made a payment but my child is showing as Ineligible

Make sure you've completed the second stage - if there is a button in the app that says 'Step 2 - Click to Setup Direct Debit' then click that button to complete the process.


Why do I have to make an initial payment then setup a direct debit?

Making an initial payment, or deposit, allows the Club to plan financially, as we then know how many players are likely to be playing each season. The direct Debit is for convenience for both members and the Club
